Tools and Analytics

Google Analytics 4 (GA4):

SalesViewer®:
We use SalesViewer to analyze website visits for business-related purposes. Only pseudonymized business information is processed, in compliance with GDPR. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in improving customer acquisition (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact Form and Email Contact

If you contact us via the contact form or email, your details, including the contact data you provide, will be stored for the purpose of processing your request. These data will not be shared without your consent. The processing of these data is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

Server Log Files

Our hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called
server log files, such as:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing device
  • Time of the server request

These data are technically necessary to ensure the security and stability of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest). These data are not combined with other data sources.

3. Data Sharing Within the Group

We may share personal data with other companies within the Textile Solutions Group. This may occur for administrative purposes based on our legitimate business and economic interests, or to fulfill contractual obligations where applicable (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
